donations will be spent locally; assisting Plainfield Township related
Democratic Candidates to elected office. Donations to Democratic candidates
are made with approval of the Plainfield Township Democratic Organization
membership. A very small portion of donations collected are used for
Plainfield Township Democratic Organization's operating expenses, including

Contributions to the Plainfield Township Democratic Organization are not deductible for federal income tax purposes and may be limited by law. Federal law requires political committees to be able to make a best effort to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate to excess of $200 in a calendar year. The State of Illinois requires us to list a Contributor's donation, along with address and phone number, in excess of $150 on our required D-2 reports to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
